Every opportunity submitted to Black Harbor Group is underwritten directly against the following core criteria:

$35M – $500M+ Scale

Target total project, asset, or enterprise value between $35 million and $500 million+. We focus on institutional-scale transactions with substantial capital requirements.

Five Core Sectors

Physical real assets across Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Power & Energy, Mining & Minerals, and Infrastructure with proven underlying commercial demand.

Proprietary Capital

100% principal private capital deployed directly for our own account. We do not act as an intermediary, syndicator, or placement broker.

Target Counterparties

Experienced sponsors, proven operators, commercial developers, asset owners, and corporate management teams with demonstrable execution track records.

Geographic Scope

Primary focus on North America (United States) alongside select international opportunities in jurisdictions with stable legal, property, and regulatory frameworks.

Investment Structures
